§ 112.16 RATES OF FARE FOR AUTOS-FOR HIRE.
   (A)   (1)   All fares and charges for the use of an auto-for-hire shall be determined by the hourly rates specified below.
      (2)   The hourly rate shall not exceed the following schedule:
         (a)   For a car seating five persons or less, $3 per hour, irrespective of number of persons carried;
      (b)   For a car seating six persons or more, $4 per hour, irrespective of number of persons carried; and
      (c)   The rate for a car seating six persons or more shall apply only in case the passenger expressly specified and ordered the car.
   (B)   The time for which charge may be made shall not include the time taken to reach the passenger, or, after dismissed, to reach the station of the licensee. No passenger shall be carried for less than one-half-hour’s charge.
