The extent of liability of the insurer or sureties shall be, as to any one licensed taxicab company, per unit, the sum of $1,000,000 on account of injuries or death of, any one person in any one accident, and subject to that limit in respect to injury to, or death of one person, $1,000,000 on account of any one accident resulting in injury or death of more than one person, and $100,000 on account of damage to property in any one accident.
