§ 112.02 VEHICLE LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   No person, firm, or corporation or any owner, agent, employee, or driver shall operate or permit a public vehicle to be operated unless the proper license has been issued to the owner thereof and is in force.
   (B)   Every license shall expire on December 31 of the year for which it is issued. In the case of licenses issued for operation on or after July 1 of any year, the fee shall be one-half the yearly fee.
   (C)   License fees for each public vehicle shall be payable to the Mayor in the following amounts per year.

Taxicab company
$50
 
   (D)   The license fee required by this section shall be in addition to any fee required by state law.
