§ 111.01 PROHIBITIONS; EXCEPTIONS.
   No person, firm, corporation, club, or organization shall stage or promote a circus, menagerie, carnival, bazaar, or medicine show within the corporate limits of the village; however, this section shall not apply to any society, association, or corporation organized and operated exclusively for religious, educational, philanthropic, benevolent, fraternal, charitable, or reformatory purposes, in which no part of the net earnings inure to the benefit of any individual or private shareholder.
