§ 96.20 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   DIAMETER BREAST HEIGHT (DBH). The diameter of the tree measured 54 inches above the ground.

   DISCRETIONARY. Removal of trees not falling into §§ 96.21, 96.24 or 96.26.

   FRONT YARD. As determined by § 151.085.

   GOOD FORESTRY PRACTICE. Established best practices.

   PUBLIC REALM. The area which includes the public right-of-way and the front yards abutting them.

   REAR YARD. As determined by § 151.085.

   SIDE YARD. As determined by § 151.085.
