(A) The Mayor and Village Fiscal Officer are hereby authorized to sign the mutual aid agreement for law enforcement for the village and the village will perform pursuant to the agreement and will receive the benefits of the agreement. The mutual aid agreement for law enforcement is incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
(B) (1) The Mayor and Village Fiscal Officer are hereby authorized to enter into a new mutual aid agreement for law enforcement for the village and that the village will perform pursuant to the agreement and will receive the benefits of the new agreement which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and is incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
(2) This division (B) shall go into effect at the earliest date allowed by law.
