§ 31.002 SALARY AND BOND.
   (A)   The salary to be paid and the bond required of the Mayor, the Village Fiscal Officer, and each Council Member shall be established by Council.
(1967 Code, § 32.01)
   (B)   (1)   The salary to be paid and bond required of all village employees shall be established by Council. Salary and bond provisions in effect as of the adoption of this code shall remain in effect until modified or terminated.
      (2)   The provisions of this section shall apply to the compensation of volunteer firefighters.
