§ 54.12 SALE OF LAND ON PRIVATE OR UNDEDICATED STREETS.
   Whenever the owner, or any agent of the owner, of any tract of land abutting on a street or way not lawfully accepted or established as a public street or way shall sell or contract for the sale of such tract or part of such tract, he or she shall, prior to the execution of such sale or contract of sale, furnish the intending purchaser with a signed statement informing him or her whether or not the location of such street or way has been approved by the Planning Commission.
