A wireless communication facility shall not be located in a manner that requires the removal of an existing tree in the immediate vicinity, including major trees (six inches or greater in diameter at 54 inches above ground level) on private property. Wireless support structures shall be sited outside of the critical root zone of existing street trees and any existing major trees located in the immediate vicinity, including major trees on private property.
