SECTION II. INSPECTION CHARGES.
   (A)   Inspection charges: When restoration is made by permittee, including charge for issuance of permit;
   (B)   Delay. Any delay in work will necessitate charge for inspection at rate in effect at time work is performed.

   (C)   Tunnel backfilling and boring operation. Charges for the inspection of the backfilling of tunnels and the sealing of boring operations, under road pavements, are at the current cost plus basis and for the actual period worked. Costs depends on whether the Inspector worked on regular or premium rates and if paid minimum call-out pay and fringe benefits. These charges may be in addition to the other regulated permit fees;
   (D)   Night and other special work assignments. When the project requires inspection at a time other than regular working hours, the charges for inspection shall be at the required overtime rate for the period being worked. Cost plus must be added to this rate. The inspection fee for the project shall be the actual total of hours worked to include cost plus; and
   (E)   Additional charges. All the necessary traffic aids furnished by the village through the permit, shall be charged to the permittee at the time of completion. These charges may be in addition to the other regulated permit fees.
