§ 153.15 BRICK WALK.
   (A)   Longitudinal openings in brick walks shall be restored as cement walk unless otherwise ordered by the Mayor. The restoration shall be as cement walk full width of walk, regardless of the actual width of the opening.
   (B)   (1)   Where the small opening is made and it is necessary to restore in kind the restoration shall be made as follows: a foundation of not less than five inches of thoroughly tamped cinders or gravel shall be provided.
      (2)   The brick shall be laid on, and the joints filled with fine dry sand.
      (3)   All defective bricks shall be replaced by new or used whole brick of quality equal to those in the adjacent walk.
