§ 153.04 INSTALLATION OF SEWER BRANCHES AND WATER SERVICE BRANCHES BY CONTRACT.

Where the village enters into a contract providing for the installation of sewers or sewer branches, or for the installation of water mains or water service branches, the contractor shall obtain the necessary permits as provided in § 153.03(A)(2).
