§ 33.05 COURT COSTS ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The court costs to be assessed against defendants when defendants are required to pay the costs of court shall be as determined by Council.
   (B)   In addition, defendants may be required to pay any additional costs or charges assessed by the state.
