§ 153.043 PRELIMINARY PLAT.
   After approval of the plan in the preapplication state, the subdivider shall submit ten copies of the preliminary plat along with the reproducible copy of the proposed subdivision which shall conform to all requirements established in §§ 153.040 et seq. of these regulations.
