With regard to the preceding § 112.03(B) and this chapter, all distances shall be measured in a straight, horizontal line, without regard for intervening structures. Measurements from the permitted premises of a sexually oriented business shall be made from the closest exterior structural wall or section of wall enclosing the business to the closest property line or exterior structural wall of all other properties, zoning districts, or buildings in all directions.
