(A) No more than one classification of sexually oriented business can be operated in any one permitted premises.
(B) No person shall cause or permit the establishment of any sexually oriented businesses, as defined under this chapter except within any Manufacturing District as defined in § 154.146 and of the Village of Marblehead Zoning Code. Nothing in this chapter requires the issuance of a zoning certificate for the issuance of a permit to operate a sexually oriented business. However, the permitted premises must be located in the Manufacturing District. Any zoning requirements imposed by the village are independent of the requirements of this chapter. Further, no permitted premises of a sexually oriented business may be located within 1,000 feet of the permitted premises of another such sexually oriented business; or, within 1,000 feet of the grounds of any school, library, public park or recreation area, church or church grounds, or residential district or use.
