§ 111.02 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE; FEE.
   (A)   No person who desires to sell or offer for sale, barter or exchange, or to solicit from door-to-door the purchase or gift of any goods, merchandise or other articles of value or money within the village shall fail to make application to the Chief of Police who, upon being furnished with the following information, shall issue to the applicant a license therefor:
      (1)   Company name, address and telephone number;
      (2)   A legal purpose;
      (3)   Dates upon which the door-to-door activity will take place; and
      (4)   Location in which the door-to-door activity will take place.
   (B)   The fee for such license shall be $50 per day, per person.
