§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $150.
   (B)   In addition to the penalty provided in division (A), the Chief of Police may revoke any license issued by him or her pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
