§ 133.02 APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Any person having previously been convicted of a gambling offense under this General Offense Code or the Ohio Revised Code, shall, on a subsequent offense, be prosecuted pursuant to the provisions of Title 29 of the Ohio Revised Code.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to § 133.05 of this code.
