Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the proprietor of a business or outdoor area which does not otherwise qualify as a public place or place of employment or any public place or place of employment otherwise exempt from the provisions of §§ 93.02 and 93.03 may declare such location as a nonsmoking place. Smoking shall be prohibited in any place in which a sign conforming to the requirements of § 93.07 is posted.
