§ 93.03 SMOKING IN PROHIBITED AREAS.
   (A)   No person shall smoke in a public place, or place of employment, within the village, except as provided in § 93.04.
   (B)   No person shall smoke in any business or outdoor area that has been declared nonsmoking pursuant to § 93.06.
