13.20.050: APPLICANT TO CONSTRUCT IMPROVEMENTS:
All costs in connection with the construction of the water system, sewer system, and street extensions shall be borne by the applicant. Provided, that the person constructing improvements shall be eligible for reimbursement for certain of the improvements as hereinafter set forth. (1986 Code)
