10.04.020: DEFINITIONS:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY OF THE STATE OF UTAH: The chief of police of Mapleton City or his agents, unless the context otherwise requires.
LOCAL AUTHORITIES: The city council of Mapleton City.
MAGISTRATE: The appropriate judicial officer of the city, unless the context otherwise requires.
RECORDER: The city recorder.
STATE ROAD COMMISSION: Mapleton City and its department, agencies or agents, unless the context otherwise requires. (1986 Code)
