5.64.120: PRIVATE RIGHT OF ACTION:
A resident who has suffered injury or damage as the result of violation of this chapter shall have the right to bring a civil action for damages against the violator in any court of competent jurisdiction within the state of Utah. (Ord. 2008-10, 6-4-2008, eff. 7-1-2008)
