Any person who engages in soliciting without complying with the requirements of this chapter or violates any other terms or provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and/or a jail sentence of not to exceed six (6) months.
