5.64.100: RIGHT TO RESIDENTIAL SOLICITATION SALE:
In any residential solicitation sale, unless the buyer requests the seller to provide goods or services without delay in an emergency, the solicitor shall present to the resident and obtain resident's signature to a written statement which informs the resident of his or her unconditional right to cancel the sale on or before the third business day after the date of sale. Any documents memorializing the sale shall accurately set forth the date of the sale. Such notice of "buyer's right to cancel" shall be in the form required by Utah Code Annotated section 70C-5-103, or a current or amended version thereof or any state or federal law modifying or amending such provision.
