§ 153.096 CONDITIONAL USES.

   The following uses may be allowed in the M-1 Industrial District by conditional use permits. Conditional use permits shall be procured as provided in §§ 153.131 and 153.132:

   (A)   All uses permitted in §§ 153.065 and 153.080;

   (B)   Agricultural chemicals and fertilizer storage structures;

   (C)   Apartments-first floor, related to industrial structures;

   (D)   Bottling plant;

   (E)   Building material sales and storage;

   (F)   Cartage and express facilities and freight terminals;

   (G)   Electric light or power generation station;

   (H)   Elevators, grain storage structures and grain drying systems;

   (I)   Monument works;

   (J)   Slaughter houses and livestock sales yard;

   (K)   Other industrial uses of the same general character as listed in § 153.095; and

   (L)   All other industries, which may be, classified heavy industry.
