The following shall be permitted uses in the B-1 Highway Business District:
(A) Accessory uses customarily incidental to permitted uses in this section;
(B) Antique, gift shop and florist shop;
(C) Artist's and photographer's studio;
(D) Automobile or auto body repair;
(E) Automobile sales, trailer sales, used car lots, motorcycle and recreational vehicle sales;
(F) Automobile service stations for sale of gasoline or diesel fuel oil and accessories;
(G) Bowling alley, skating rink, roller rink and curling rink;
(H) Clinics, medical and dental;
(I) Drive-in restaurants or similar uses that provide goods a patrons in automobiles;
(J) Drive-in retail stores and service uses;
(K) Drive-in theater;
(L) Food market;
(M) Garden and agricultural supply store;
(N) Ice vending station;
(O) Implement sales and showrooms;
(P) Marine and boat sales;
(Q) Miniature golf course, archery or golf driving range;
(R) Mortuary or funeral home;
(S) Motel or tourist camp;
(T) Municipal service buildings;
(U) Professional and business offices;
(V) Restaurants, tearooms and cafés; and
(W) Veterinary clinic and hospital.
