§ 153.066 CONDITIONAL USES.

   The following uses may be allowed in the B-1 Highway Business District by conditional use permits. Conditional use permits shall be procured as provided in §§ 153.131 and 153.132:

   (A)   Advertising and business signs;

   (B)   Bars, cocktail lounges or businesses serving alcoholic beverages;

   (C)   Billboards;

   (D)   All uses permitted in §§ 153.080 and 153.095 below; and

   (E)   Other business activities of the same general character as indicated in § 153.065.
