§ 153.052 CONDITIONAL USES.

   The following uses may be allowed in an R-3 Residential District by conditional use permits. Conditional use permits shall be procured as provided in §§ 153.131 and 153.132:

      (A)   Airports, cemeteries, gun clubs and curling rinks;

      (B)   Public owned buildings; memorial buildings, community buildings and meter supply buildings or structures; and

      (C)   Other uses of the same general character as those in § 153.051 above.
