§ 153.036 CONDITIONAL USES.

   The following uses may be allowed in an R-2 Residential District by conditional use permit. Conditional use permits shall be procured as provided in §§ 153.131 and 153.132:

   (A)   Churches;

   (B)   Community buildings that are not publicly owned;

   (C)   Curling rink;

   (D)   Golf courses;

   (E)   Home occupations as defined in § 153.114;

   (F)   Multiple-family residences;

   (G)   Public buildings, memorial buildings and water supply buildings or structures;

   (H)   Public schools, elementary or high, or private schools having a curriculum equivalent to a public school; and

   (I)   Other uses of the same general character as those in § 153.035.
