In an R-2 Residential District, no building or land shall be used and no building shall be erected, structurally altered, converted or enlarged unless otherwise provided herein, except for 1 or more of the following uses:
(A) Single-family and 2-family dwellings;
(B) Parks and playgrounds owned or operated by public agencies;
(C) Farming, except raising livestock;
(D) Garage, private (see § 153.037(G) for size limitation of garages); and
(E) Accessory buildings and accessory uses customarily incidental to the above uses.
