1261.965 RIGHT-OF-WAY
   An area of land taken or dedicated for use as a public passage or for public safety purposes. In addition to roadways, rights-of-way typically include sidewalks, curbs, lawn strips, lighting, drainage facilities, or public utility, and may include special features (required by the topography or treatment) such as grade separation, landscaped areas, viaducts, and bridges. Rights-of-way can occur on public or private property.
