1261.93 RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT LABORATORY

A research and development laboratory shall mean a building in which scientific research, investigation, testing or experimentation is conducted, but not including the manufacturing or sale of products, except as incidental and accessory to the main purpose of the laboratory.
