1261.855 PEDESTRIAN BUFFER/TREE LAWN

The space provided between the sidewalk and the curb of a roadway. The pedestrian buffer/tree lawn is meant to provide a safer and more pleasant experience for pedestrians by shielding them from traffic on the roadway.
