Manufactured housing unit means any structure designed to be used as a habitable space, that is transportable in one or more sections, which may or may not be permanently attached to a chassis or placed on a foundation, and meeting the design and construction standards of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and of the State of Ohio.
