Light industrial shall mean the assembling, altering, converting, fabricating, finishing, processing or treatment of a product utilizing a relatively clean and quiet process which does include or generate objectionable or hazardous elements such as smoke, odor, vibration, water pollution or dust and which is operating and storing products in a completely enclosed structure.
