A storage garage shall mean a building or part of a building enclosed by walls on all sides and having a door or doors, and complying with the Fire Prevention Code, other than a private garage or community garage, used for the storage of any kind of motor vehicles, with or without ordinary maintenance services on such vehicles or sale of accessories.
