1261.30 DAY CARE CENTER, CHILD OR ADULT

A child or adult day care center is a place in which supervision, protection and care is administered to a person or persons, by an adult other than their parents or guardians, custodians or relatives by blood, marriage or adoption, for any part of the twenty-four hour day in a place or residence other than the persons own home.
