(a) No minor under the age of 15 years shall be upon the public places within the City during the hours of 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
(b) No minor 15 years of age or over but less than 18 years of age shall be upon the public places within the City between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
(c) Whoever violates the provisions of this section is an unruly child and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court.
