1644.01 APPLICATION; PURPOSE; CONFLICT OF LAWS.
   This chapter shall apply to all buildings built subsequent to April 1, 1973.
   The purpose of this chapter is to provide regulations that supplement the provisions of the Ohio Fire Code and the National Fire Codes relating to elevators. Where this chapter is more restrictive in its intention than such Codes, this chapter shall control.
