1620.02 PURPOSE; IDENTIFICATION.

The purpose of the Ohio Fire Code, as adopted in Section 1620.01, is to prescribe minimum standards and regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion. The Ohio Fire Code shall also be known as the Maple Heights Fire Prevention Code, including the references and related material.
