A complete copy of the International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in Section 1490.02, is on file with the Building Commissioner for public examination. The Building Commissioner shall also forward a copy to the Maple Heights Regional Branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library and to the County Law Library. In addition, the Building Commissioner shall have copies available for distribution to the public, at cost.
