No person shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or fail to comply with any notice of the Building Commissioner or decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals made pursuant thereto. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day of failure to comply with the notice of the Commissioner, beyond the time within which the work is required to be done, and for each day of failure to comply with the decision of the Board, in the case of an appeal.
