1482.02 SERVICE OF NOTICE; PLACARDING PREMISES.
   Whenever the Building Commissioner is unable to find the owner of a building, structure or part thereof, or any agent or person in possession, charge or control thereof, upon whom notice may be served, he or she shall address, stamp and mail such notice to such person at his or her last known address, and in addition thereto, shall place or cause to be placed the notice herein provided for upon such building at or near its principal entrance and shall also post or cause to be posted in a conspicuous place at each entrance to such building, in large letters, a notice as follows:
   THIS BUILDING IS IN A DANGEROUS CONDITION AND HAS BEEN CONDEMNED BY THE BUILDING COMMISSIONER.
