1481.03 AMENDMENTS TO PERMIT.

Any telecommunications or utility right-of-way permit granted under this chapter may be amended only in accordance with the provisions contained in the permit as provided for in Section 1481.02, and only in writing and by ordinance enacted by Council for the Municipality.
