Fish ponds or similar bodies of water may be maintained under regulations promulgated by the City Engineer, provided that overflow there from may not be released to the storm drain system of the City until at least 24 hours after any rain flow, and subject further to the requirements that exist for the protection of the sewer system. Fish ponds or similar bodies of water may not be connected to the storm sewer system.
