No pool shall be located closer to the street than the building setback line of the lot upon which the pool is to be constructed. No above-ground pool shall be nearer than three feet to any property line of the lot and no below-ground pool shall be nearer than ten feet to any property line of the lot. All overflow or drainage from a private pool must be contained on the property on which the pool is located.
