Fees for permits for moving houses shall be as follows:
(a) Moving on rollers or dollies on public street $100.00
(b) Moving on carry-all on public street 40.00
(c) Moving, but not on any public street 20.00
(d) In addition, there may be a charge up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) for supervision and additional inspections depending on the nature of the job and the time involved.
