1462.02 COMPOSITION OF OUTER WALLS.
   No building shall be erected on or moved onto any lot or parcel of land in the fire limits of the City unless the outer walls of such building are constructed entirely of fireproof material, and, if any such wall is within fifteen feet of any other building or adjoining lot line, it shall be or include not less than eight inches of thickness of stone, brick or Portland cement concrete, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
